Welcome to Photong. By downloading or using the app you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. Licence to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Photong on your devices. Don’t decompile, redistribute, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

2. Your content

Photos you take or import with Photong belong to you — we claim no rights over them. You’re responsible for what you capture, import, and share, and you confirm you have the right to do so and aren’t infringing anyone else’s rights.

3. Template content

The pose / composition templates in the app are for your personal photo reference. Don’t resell or commercially redistribute the template assets without permission.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t use Photong for anything unlawful, infringing, harassing, or privacy-violating — including capturing or sharing images of others without their consent.

5. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted, error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; updates are reflected in the date at the top of this page. Continued use means you accept them.
